WHY WE DO THIS
I was fed up with my earbuds falling out while running, biking, or just talking on the phone. During activities and when talking, the moving jaw also moves the ear canal, which causes the earbuds to wiggle loose. Typical earbuds are not a good fit, given that the ear is the same as a fingerprint; no two are alike. And the in-ear type cannot be worn for extended periods without creating a nagging earache from the constant pressure of a friction fit.
This style of "in-ear" speaker was pioneered by aviators who needed to hear the radio in loud environments. It eventually filtered down to auto racing and concert performers. However, the technology was expensive -- $300-$400 -- and required a visit to a specialist to make the molds. Now, Awesome Earbuds has done the research and can bring this amazing audio experience to you for less than 10% of the cost.

NO EXTRA PIECES
Many earphones come with three different sizes of silicone earbuds so you can experiment with the size that fits best. Some come with additional parts in a lame attempt to force-fit your ear. The problem with all of these methods is they attempt to create a friction-fit, which is uncomfortable and creates a nagging, distracting ache in the ear after a brief time.
Since Awesome Earbuds is a perfect fit, the earphone sits in the ear naturally, and the earbud also serves to block ambient noise. The very same items is sold as an earplug purporting a 26 decibel noise reduction rating.
